This is a general-information policy for GardenFactGuide. It will be reviewed by William before launch, in line with the same standard applied across the portfolio’s other sites.

What we collect

If you subscribe to a newsletter (once one exists), we store the email address you give us and the page you subscribed from. That is all we ask for and all we keep.

When you visit a page, our hosting and analytics record the standard technical information most websites receive: the page requested, the time, a truncated IP address, your browser and device type, and the page you came from.

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or date of birth, and we have no account system at launch.

Cookies

GardenFactGuide sets no advertising cookies of its own at launch. Where analytics or, in future, advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated first, naming the provider and what it sets. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies at any time; the site works without them.

Third parties

GardenFactGuide uses third-party services for hosting and, where active, analytics. Those providers process data on our behalf and only for those purposes. Some may store or process data outside Australia.
